LIQUID HYDROCARBON FLOW MEASUREMENT AND CUSTODY TRANSFER
DURATION: 3 days
STARTING DAY: 21 April 2010
OBJECTIVES
Flow measurement is of great importance in the production of oil and gas, allowing improvements in recoveries to be made and ensuring the accuracy of custody transfer. For every one involved in hydrocarbon flow measurement, it is important to share the available knowledge to maximise the benefits that accurate measurement can accrue. This course will also discuss the relevant API / OIML standards. This course is designed to cover interests of personnel from oil, petrochemical & process industries, flowmeter manufacturers, aviation industry, research organizations and academic institutions, The course will deal with relevant aspects of oil flow measurement and control including new developments in the field.
